C'est aujourd'hui que nous vous demandons de participer au BUDGET de notre premier long-mètrage "Je Vis Ici ".

Ce film est basé sur une histoire vraie, qui nous emmene dans la lutte d'être accepter. Dans cette unique histoire d'amour, nous partageons la vie de deux femmes - Chloe est francaise, Emma est Americaine - elles construisent ensemble leur vie aux USA. Cette union est mise en danger par le statut d'immigration de Chloe. On realise que d'etre etranger dans un pays est similaire a etre homosexuel dans sa propre famille- il faut etre exceptionnel afin d'etre accepte. Si peu nous est donne tant est demande.. Jusqu'au jour ou enfin la loi donnera les mêmes droits d'immigration a tous, Chloe ou Emma devra se sacrifier afin de vivre leur amour.

JE VIS ICI n'est pas qu'un film politique,mais pour la première fois à l'écran montrer ce qu'il faut pour écouter la voix qui dit " C'est ici, c'est ma maison, c'est avec toi".

~ Il y a des amours qui vivent au-dela des frontieres, parce que les etres tombent amoureux mais pas les pays; mais nous sommes en 2009 a Los Angeles, Californie. ~

It's TODAY that we ask you to participate in the BUDGET of our first feature "I Leave Here".

Inspired by a real story, the project is a feature-length dramatic film which explores how marital rights affect gay bi-national couples.  A thought-provoking and unique love story, the film follows two remarkable women - Chloe is French, Emma is American - who build a life together in the States. That life is jeopardized when Chloe’s visa is endangered. We discover that being a foreigner is much like being a gay person in a family – one has to be exceptional to be accepted. So much is expected, so little is granted.  Until the U.S. legislature passes The Uniting American Families Act, one of them will be forced to make a profound sacrifice in order for them to be together.

I LEAVE HERE is not a political film, but for the first time on screen the realization of what it is to follow the voice inside that tells us “This is here, this is home, this is you”.
